In class this week we are focusing on creating VR Tours to help us when we create the real video for the Limestone College VR Tour.

How to make a video using the rule of thirds.  If shooting person you use their eyes and nose. Landscape you use the mountain.  180 Rule: May have to use two cameras but your getting two points of view. Shooting interviews: Interviews are two shots. Don't ask yes or no questions. Tell the person to look at there person who is interviewing them. Shooting B roll: Plan out the movements.  The movements that your going to make. Get a playlist. Nose room ( needs to leave space for room). Second thing to remember is head room. Remember the rule fo thirds. Compose to keep control of hands and body movement.

The topic that I chose was spring break. I love going on vacations with my friends and family and soaking up the sun. I created the video using Video blocker and music blocker. While creating the video it took some time to figure out how to edit the video. Other than that I enjoyed created the video an hope to Learn more material on how to make better videos.

Today in class we learned how to edit videos. Mr. Sanders taught us how to create a video using still photos this is call the Ken Burns Effect. This effect makes the picture look like it is an actual video that was shot. This technique is used for very old pictures. Today Jan 11, 2018 was the first day back to class. Today we went over the syllabus. This semester will be hands on. We will create videos and make a good profile. before class ended we watched a Television series that focused on the future. I thought that the series that we watched was ok but I think that I like the series Black mirror better.

In the first part of the knowing interview Richard Lanham is talking about different technology that is offered in the world. He talks about how many books are made every year, websites, videos...etc He goes on to explain why there are so many books, websites, videos..etc Some people may do it for interest reason and some may do it for other reasons. Richard Lanham says that the digital age will be a huge problem. Then he starts to talk about the Is Google Making Us Stupid article. When reading this article earlier in the semester I had a hard time reading the whole article. I found myself skimming threw the article which isn't good.

Currently I am still working on my website. I have added new files  to my website such as my youtube video, pictures, social media, and my resume. I am working  on branding myself (TiyanaKamari). My goal is to create a website and logo that will self identify with my personality. I want to be able to use my Logo on my youtube channel and my social medias.

Today's  assignments was to create a personal website and to continue editing The Brand yourself  page. We were to create a profile "about me" papragrapgh that can be uploaded to all social medias and Blogs/vlogs or websites. Then we were to create a personal website that has all of our work that we have did on there. I have got the bases of my work on there so far....

So last class we watched Black Mirror which is a Netflix series that predicts the near future. This television series was pretty interesting to watching because it gives insight on what the future holds. One thing that was questionable in the episode that we watched was the point system that they were ranking people by. I was confused... are people born with no points...did you have to ear the points.. or were you born into the points or ranking?

Today's assignment was to uploaded 3 social media profiles on to the Brand Yourself website. I uploaded by twitter page and my Blog and ran it threw to see what my grade would be. I thought that it was  neat that it would pull up tweets from years back that you've posted that wasn't quite professional. My report card score was a B-. The site gives you pointers on how to boost your score which is pretty cool.

3D Picture Recreation !!!

CardBoard Camera Today's assignment was to snap a few pictures on the cardboard Camera. The picture that I took was from earlier yesterday while I was at work study. I took a picture of the decoration that the business off did for the passing of officer Dave. I also took another picture of my graphics design class as a test runner.

For this assignment I was to recreate two pictures. The first picture that I recreated was  by Cindy  Sherman Untitled Film Still # 07,1978 . For this re-creation I use my roommate to  recreate the scene. The second picture that was recreated was by Edward Weston Pepper No.30, 1930. I recreated this picture by buying a bell pepper to change it up and photographing it and adding a filter to give the picture some contrast!

In order to build a brand you need to be able to identify your strengths and weaknesses.    SWOT can be used to help you when you have a business or when you are searching for a job. SWOT can be used to help you figure your opportune and threats.  Personal Branding   Creating your own personal brand is like product branding.  The goal of creating your own brand is to be different from everyone else's brand. What make your brand different. What makes you brand stick out? What makes your brand better than there brand.  In the article she give 101 steps to help you with your personal Branding.
